New toy from Philips – Philips VoIP 841 cordless phone.
This phone supports Skype calls, SkypeOut calls and regular PSTN calls. Skype contacts are easy to see on the 65k full color, full graphic display, and calling your friends on Skype is as easy as one click of a button. The enhanced speakerphone and outstanding voice clarity make you feel like you’re right beside the person you’re calling.
Don’t know if it’s just me, but I have no luck with our phones. I’ve had three sets of these remote units, and all failed within the first year! They were made by Motorola, who I believe make Phillips phones and that would put me off this one.
